Ya, just need them to release a pre-order for EU (or wait for the end of the month for the actual game if no pre-order is released).

Good thing it's a stand alone game, since I didn't bought inFamous 2 yet...

What do you get for pre-ordering online games?

In this case a free dynamic theme. It's an unadvertised deal though by mistake, I think they are going to advertise it next week before it's out. If you plan on buying it anyway, I guess you might as well pre-order and pick up the theme. I think a Sony rep said they are going to look into more/different incentives in the future to pre-order PSN games.
