Which track should we try next? :scared:

That's a great second sector, Stidriver.

I find it hard to get any consistency in the 2nd sector. I kept having problems getting into the tight right-hander immediately after the 1st sector mark without losing all my speed. Then the big left hand sweeper....sometimes I'll have what seems like a good line through, but it eventually understeers wide off onto the grass.

I had a 57.735 T2 yesterday and blew the last sector.....today I improved the last sector, but only ran 58.027 at T2.

I'm hoping Alrivers will update the board soon. I don't want to pile up too many cars and make it difficult for him.

Hey, I don't expect to catch you, but I'll chase you until somebody gets tired of running.👍

sorry guys, I've just been extremely busy at work this weekend. we had a bunch of sales and we had an M6 that I needed to detail for the showroom! :) but I had to take it around the corner...just to make sure it was safe :sly: but don't worry, its not too much for me to update on my t-mobile sidekick...well, it is, but its not too bad. ill update after I get some food in my stomach. and I might take the Nissan GT-R concept to the track. hehe, I drove it a few nights ago but didn't save the time, ill bbl. tremendous work everyone! hehe....OH! BTW, Gt3Emperor, were u referring to me as the "leader"? lolz

Well, these guys keep on pumping up the times....I've got another challenge to work on this week, but maybe somewhere in there, I'll get to fight my way up stream with some of these cars. But, they're kicking out some primo runs.....👍

well no...I didn't expect a more "grandiose" title. I just wasn't sure if you were referring to the leader of the board, me...or if u were talking about the leader in the leaderboard. but thanks for the clarification. and yes...I did get my posterior in a real live M6. after turning the car on and putting my seatbelt on, I proceeded to mess with the I-drive to get the full potential of the vehicle..AKA in the menu...P500 Sport, S6 transmission shift calibration, and adjust the seat to hug me firmly :sly: anything else I can answer before I update?

Well, as much as I hate left-overs, I'm too tired to finish sucking all the blood out of this one tonight. Consider it a half-eaten carcass.....I'll continue my feeding on this Toyota 88C Minolta tomorrow. I ate a tasty 9 tenths off and tomorrrow I'll suck the last of the blood out of it.

Boy, if you leave something on the table around here....someone is sure to gobble it up! (Stidriver & East)👍 Vampires!

This car is so cool:drool:, but i'm about max out with it for now.

I really enjoyed racing with you guys here and I think it would be fun to have a change of track :)

yes, actually...I've considered using a different track. I might choose laguna seca, because its a technically demanding course toward the dreaded hairpin :sly: gotta love blind turn 7. iight...i've made up my mind. Mazda Raceway @ Laguna Seca anyone? hehe
 
I've been short on time for the past few days.....but, personally, I don't like Laguna Seca. I doubt if I'd want to spend a whole lot of time there, but that's just me.

I'd also strongly suggest dividing Race Cars into several sub-groups so Prototypes run against each other and Sedan-based race cars against each other.

Likewise in Production, several sub groups to give Tuning cars and Concepts a separate group from ordinary factory models.

Tracks: Most of these guys are currently racing in demanding Long Series races and are just looking for a change of pace.....so something different,short and not so technicially demanding maybe more popular.

Like for example:

Twin Ring Motegi.... West Short Course, East Short Course
Suzuka Circuit.....East Course, West Course
Autumn Ring Mini
Seoul Central
Motorland Park

Sorry...I don't mean tell you what you should do.....I suppose this is what would interest me.:)
 
hmm, well, i really dont wanna rush and choose a track cuz i want it to be good! umm...Tsukuba? i just hope it doesnt get repetitive because there have been quite a few threads with Tsukuba. soo...yay:tup: or nay:tdown: ? I'd like as many responses as possible. i might add a survey to this thread. lets see...hmmm

sorry bout the double post, but seeing that my last post was ooo, iono..a few days ago, i thought it was okay :) anyways, do we all agree on Grand Valley? ooo, shoot, Grand Valley east? or Grand Valley Speedway? i like the shorter East course. kk, gtg for now. bye
 
If I have time to run a few laps, I'd prefer short laps that allow quick sessions so that a smaller window of time can be used.

I hope you can come up with a few sub-classes within the Race and Production groups. 💡

Thanks, now I'll just have to work my way up to the Toyota Minolta and hopefully put some competitive times for the top
