I'm sure those toes hurt, and I wouldn't want to go head to head with labor pains, but I will say that passing a nice big kidney stone is no picnic.

Oh Duke, no. :'-(

That's strikingly similar to the example Wenders used to describe what giving birth exciting.

Anything larger than a pea...:scared:

Yes he did describe it in a much more user friendly way but I'm sure my way on MSN would have brought more tears to your eyes.

Gallstones is another extremely painful experience that I would never like to go through again (highly unlikely since they took my gallbladder out after I had an attack). Jacks sister had to do a ballet exam in pointe shoes with an ingrown toenail, Jack on the other hand only complained of pain and tried to get out of school when he had his.

Jack has quite alot of explaining to do.

I don't have any ingrown toe nails to speak of right now but damn, seeing this thread makes me want to take my toes and cast them in iron.

I've had one just because I cut it way too far down. Thank god it didn't get so bad I had to go the doctor. Though I do get ingrown fingernails and it dosen't seem to bother me as much, on account I just rip them out when they bother me.

I don't know, my ingrown toenail had gone extremely far down my actual toe but it may be a little short of giving birth. However, at only 15 most of my bodily problems are usually only related to older people, the other worst pain I've ever had to endure (which was far more intense come to think of it) was when my mouth literally 'gave birth' to calcium stones half the size of your fingernails, It is just as horrendous, although 2 of them have already blocked one of my main saliva ducts permanently which means I will always have a dry mouth for as long as I live.

Nevertheless, the problem with these ingrown toenails is that they occur one after the other very frequently, and the only the way to stop them leaves you bedridden for a week to a fortnight. But ultimately, I guess most of my pain was due to me playing countless 2 hour games of football and basketball every now and then whilst having a bleeding ingrown toenail (Jumping in B-ball must hurt more than 'Jack's sister's' ballet) of which were always made up for when Savlon was applied...
