Thank you. So it means we can not convert some other files format to SVG ??

Converting is "possible" on some sites after a quick search. But PLEASE, dont do it that way! Your svg will be really messy and has no clear edge. Plus the file size will be a lot bigger than 15kB!

You can save your svg as Inkscape SVG and Normal SVG, both worked for uploading.

heres a simple tutorial

Thats what Gran Turismo tells you not to do. When you look at the "Playstation 2" writing, the Bitmap Tracer doesnt make it sharp at all and this really looks bad when zoomed in.

So please again, do everyone a favour and do some extra work and it will look better.

I was showing a simple way you know if people do not want to spend hours doing and im not sure if its just my eyes but to me it looks fine in game in the program no but when its on the car looks fantastic ( not everyone has the talent to recreate a logo ) as i said its a simple way if you really want to get something in the game so please dont be condescending you may have the talent but many like me may not

It's all down to how "clean" the original image is, and then what parameters you use to convert it. The bigger problem then is getting it out of there in under 15kb. So long as the resulting SVG is under 40kb SVGOMG will generally be able to optimize it down to around 15kb or less without losing definition, again depending on what parameters you use on there too.

Edit - Link below shows what can be done with even a relatively poor source. The top is the result of the trace and the bottom is the original image source. Note that all the "jaggies" have been completely removed.
Image link because photobucket sucks

Using the converter alone is not ideal and you can get lots of unnecessary nodes/anchor points which tend to blow up the file size. This most often seen when you use a low res image and you can see some straight lines having 4 to 8 additional nodes. Straight lines should be just 2 point to point. I rarely use a trace, but when I do, I just do a quick clean up by deleting nodes.

Try using high res images so the converter doesn't get confused on edges, and then do a cleanup.

You’ll also end up with various layers of colours that are not needed and just inflate the file size.
To put it basically, yes use it to scan the logo to get the basic shape, but don’t think everything has then been done for you.
There will always be a lot of work to do after scanning to make it as best as it can be

In Inkscape, when I save a text, the preview icon shows the text, but when I upload to GTS site, it looks all black... anyone knows why this kind of error?

Belifant is right, change it to curves first. Let me just add that the reason you see it on your browser and not in the game is because svg is a standard format and browsers are programmed to handle a wide range of text and effects. GT sport devs probably wanted to keep file sizes low so they opted to NOT support svgs fully. So when the game tries to interpret the image, it fails on unsupported stuff like font objects and complex gradients.

In inkscape choose the text object, go to path then choose convert to path. Bear in mind that texts have a lot of nodes and long names and urls are usually above 15kb. So use fonts without serifs and have less curves.

I"m absolute beginner in graph. design. But its funny. There is my 1st amateur work. Thank you guys lot for a help.

Can any Inkscape pro's help me with gradients?
I create the gradient in the form of a box very simple but when i upload, it turns out all black.
Any help would be appreciated.

So far I was only able to get working gradients into GTS with the use of Illustrator. With other software, same problem, it comes in black.

Well import the image. Than go to the path and select trace bitmap. In new window select color box and than update than ok. it must work.
