Man, I think i was in the sixth grade. Talk about an early Christmas present! Suddenly, I could give a rats ass about Christmas gifts. This was during the days of VHS so, just to be safe, I would always rewind it back to where I found it:sly:. There was an Asian themed one that helped mold me into the man I am today. The wheelbarrow, ftw!

hahahahaha!

What Stigsblkcousin was talking about, the early Christmas Present thing. I did the same thing in 7th grade, snooping for birthday presents and found my dads collection. For the next two years whenever my family had to go somewhere, I would fake sick and stay home by myself. My parents must think I have a very, very weak immune system.!!!

Oh, I've got a good one!

I remember when I used to live, well, only a few blocks further than the house I'm in now (which was a somewhat fancy apartment building, which I like at least 3x more than this duplex POS. Anyway...) and I cut school one day; I pretended to leave by opening and closing the door, and then proceeded to hide in the closet. If you're thinking "Was your mom home?" the answer would be yes -- why else would I hide in the damn closet? I sat in that closet fully clothed for 5 or 6 hours straight, and once it hit the time I usually get home (around 3-ish) I waited for her to head to the bathroom, and when she did I quietly crept out of said closet, opened and closed the door again (to give off the perception of me coming home), and then proceeded on as if nothing ever happened.

I should tell her now because she still has no idea that ever happened. As far as she's concerned, I went to school that day.

Oh my god!

Falling off a wall, cracking my collar bone. And not actually realising until a week later.

Oh my god!

I know, right? A little bit of genius mixed in with "What the futz was I thinking?"

At least I got to stay home.

^^^ This "Hiding in the closet" story has me wondering??

Kidding:sly:
