Install Error's

I bought GT6 long ago, but since Ive had to send my playstation in, when it came back it was blank. So my problem is when I try and install the 13 or 14 updates after downloading all of them and the going to the Install screen it will crash. "There was an error in installation" something like that. What do I do? Ive reached the forums and nothing.
 
Use thé méthode @Churni discribes. It's helping out a lot!

1. Place GT6 disc
2. Connect to the internet
3. Press traingle while on GT6 disc
4. Choose check for updates
5. Download about 5 updates
6. Cancel rest of the updates
7. Disconnect PS3 from the internet
8. Startup GT6
9. After GT6 home screen arrives, you'll sée your current GT6 version.
10. Quit game

Repeat step 3/10 until updates are installed

Damn this happened to me. Worst part of it is i bought my GT6 as a digital game from the PlayStation store. The game itself is 15Gb of download. It's version 1.00, it's playable.

So I decided to update the game. A couple of hours after, the update is done. I can see it say "You have the latest version" and the information say it's version 1.15

I fire up the game and it goes into an attempt to install the updates. Then boom! INSTALLATION FAILED. I googled for answers and it says look for the data to delete just the updates. There's none.

I tried to start the game over and over, and each time I only get the same error. Installation failed. In the end, I had no choice but to delete the full 15gb game and download it again from the store.

Damn you Polyphony!
 
Damn! The update proces is a nightmare! It works as discribed but you'll also need to keep your PS3 running for hours and hours:tdown:

Currently 4 updates to go. Will finish next weekend.

Version 1.11 is running on my PS3 (11 hours of updating :ouch:). Old savegame with 27million worked as well :D
