Hey guys im new to this so i might be posting something thats already been done.
** I have a Honda Integra Type R and i wanted to know what would be the best set up for drags, tunnel drag would be more common..
If someone can give a detailed explanation on a good set up, mainly need help with fully customization suspention and gear ratio.

Any help will be great. Thank You guys!

Start with the front lowered to the max, rear about 5 - 10 mm higher. Set rear spring to max, play with the front to soften without bottoming out. This will keep the weight on the front tires.

Front dampers 7 rebound 5 bound; rear damper 5 rebound 2 bound. This you might need to play with.

Front camber just above zero or zero; leave rear camber stock. This will maximize grip in a straight line. Zero out the toe to reduce drag.

For the trans I would use a calculator or some math, and start with a top gear of 1 or higher and play with the RPM range till I got a good launch. If you need top speed you can adjust the final gear (or differential ratio).

Yeah keep your first gear at the left, and your 4th, 5th, and 6th gears to the right. That is just a suggestion for 1/4 indy.
