integrated and agp graphics?

i was looking at my device manager and my display menu thingy and it says integrated on it (i am too young, poor, and untrustworthy to build my own pc, therfore, mine is an emachines). but i was lookin at my motherboard's manual and it says agp 4x/8x so i'm really confused. any help would be appreciated.

You motherboard supports up to AGP 4x/8x. So if you were ever in the market for a new video card, you can get an AGP card.

Just make sure you have enough ram and the power supply is big enough if you ever wanted to get a nice video card in there 👍
