I was hoping top 5 would be attainable, now it looks like impossible!

Here's the proposed points system for the Spoon comp!

1st = 55
2nd= 51
3rd = 48
4th = 46
5th = 45
6th = 44
7th = 43
8th = 42
9th = 41
10th=40
etc....

With 35 drivers we need to start the points fairly high :) as long as everyone is happy with these then we can count them as the real points 👍
any problems just say in here before the start date ;)

You could maybe start it knowing there are 35 drivers... so start at 1, and you will get up to 31, then (up by two) 33, then (up by three) 36, 40, 45 for 1st place.

Same concept, just modified to fit with how many drivers we have so that last place isnt getting like 11 points... and if you happen to miss a round, you dont fall tens of points behind.

anyway Link just passed me an excel file on msn that covers points for races with 35 drivers all the way to 40 drivers incase we get a few more entrants 👍
we will go with this points system ..... here's a screen shot ... all points start from last place! ... and so on to the winner with either 55 or 60 points 👍

I will second this opinion. I initially set up the points system for 20 teams, but we didn't wind up with that many. It did make the penalty for a DNS/DQ a little harsh. I do like the idea of the podium spots being worth a double jump and the winner getting a triple jump (IE 3 points instead of 1).

There are no warm up points! .... this was just for fun :) 👍 ... we play for real come Friday ;)

I'm not into working hard, so I'm doing the warmup race and dropping out of the series!:p

Seriously though, as of now I don't think I can commit to this many races.:indiff: I might drop in for a week or two though if I can find some time, points be damned.👍

I have made 1 change to the tracks .... Apricot is out and Costa di Amalfi is in in its place 👍 .... Hope you's are ok with that :)

Well, apart from the gay license test in that 206 i havnt done that track much, but with no pace car braking 200m to early im sure it will be lovely.

I'd like to join if it's not too late.
I probably won't race in all 6 events (spending a few days away from home every month for my job) but I like the S2000 and don't want to miss it.
