Interested in Gmod & FSX, Questions on both

I've been increasingly interested in Gmod and FSX. I'd like to know a few things about them:

What are the storage/ Memory requirements?

Where can I find add-ons and other things?

How much for each?


I have absolutely no knowledge on either so I'm hoping to get some answers on this.

GMod - $9.99 USD on Steam. Size-wise the game itself is around 400MB, but in order to use it you must own at least one Source game on Steam (CSS, HL2, TF2, Portal) and you can only use the items from the Source game(s) you own; if you only have CSS you can only use the default GMod items and the Counter-Strike ones, have all four games and you have everything at your disposal.
FSX - 20GB or so

The best places for GMod addons are garrysmod.org (the official site) and Facepunch (the official forum). FSX mods are all over the internet, use Google and you'll be able to find plenty - although bear in mind that some FSX addons are payware.
