you just leave your left/right light's on, for more accusaving....

sorry for fockedup english..

Could be a rear fog light, some carmakers incorporate them in the light clusters instead of the back bumper.

why is it on then?

i think its a photoshop, i've seen a gif file of that excact same picture where the signal "blinks"

Well, the R33 GT-R has a similar device, hidden in the back up light, and that's been on in every GT so far when you raced at night... I don't see why not?

rear foglights come on both sides. Its gotta be the parking lights i've seen those before.

On Mercedes, the rear fog light is on the driver side of the car. In the pic, it looks like lefthand drive, the foglight should be on left not the right.

The pic attached shows the inside of an SL light, there is the one light at the top (a white bulb, but the lens is red, the indicator and reverse lights are in the middle section (under the smoke grey section of the lens), and the LED lights are the strip at the bottom. If its a parking light, why is it on on a racetrack? Maybe its something to do with the older cars in your garage degrading the more they are driven, maybe the lights on the car burn out over time?

I can't remember where I saw this picture before, but I know it was 'animated' w/ another car, also a Mercedes if I'm right. Anyway, what I mean w/ animated is that the car on the pic is turning right, that's why we call this light a direction indicator. The other Mercedes was going straight on. Damn, is there anyone who can show us the animated pic, or was it a dream?! I'm quite sure it was on this site, or on somebody's site w/ pics of photomode or something like that. But is it possible to use direction indicators in a specific mode? :)

I used to own an audi that had a single rear foglight. I got pulled over for having a tail light burnt out a couple times and then decided not to turn it on anymore because of stupid cops. I would say this is definetly the same thing, but mine was on the left side, not the right. Maybe someone just messed up and put it on the wrong side (if they can mess up the lightning being FR they can sure mess up where the foglight is).

That is correct, I also saw this. It was a little 'flash' animation to show what turnsignals would look like in GT4. so it's a semi-photoshop

maybe its just supposed to be the sun shining into the light reflecting back ? like when u drive behind a car with your lights on, it makes it looks like their brake lights are continually on.. or when the sun shines on one of their lights you see the reflection of the sun in the light. although the sun doesn't appear to be coming from that direction... later-

I can confirm I saw this in the game while racing. I can't remember what car it was, though. At first I even fantasized one of the bulbs had gone out after I bumped into the car...
