I've been looking at products on newegg and when I see a product has reviews I click on the item. Then I see there are no reviews or less than shown. Is anyone else getting these problems?
I tried on my firefox browser, chrome browser, and on my Android phone. All showing no reviews on a LG Blu-ray burner. I checked again on firefox and it shows the reviews. I checked for a third time on firefox and now they are gone when I only sort out the 5 egg reviews. I refreshed the result page again and now it shows the 5 egg reviews.
It seems like their website is messed up server side.
Maybe those comments were spam comments or something
I don't think so. I've read on newegg's facebook page that one user had legitimate reviews and they are all gone. So this could be newegg censoring reviews or it's just a really ugly server problem for just the reviews portion of the website.
