that circle on IB 1 had me cursing for a while - your in luck thought because IB 2 is a lot easier (it's wider)

basically just keep your speed going at about 70mph
and try to think of the road as ice that you are  skating on

when you do beat it - you'll notice you were basically in a straight path , gliding around and around .
It will look almost effortless .
the key is to know when to accelerate and when to let off the gas
under no circumstances should you brake !!!! you don't have the time to , just get used to acceleration control -  it's a valuable lesson that comes in handy later on .
 
According to the Versus GT3 Perfect Guise, the IB license Test has the top 2 hardest license tests. One is one of the Z06 wet circle tracks, and the last one. They aren't really that hard. In fact they are kinda easy.



Just wait till you start the Super license tests...
