Invalid username password in chat

Hi i cant seem to log into the live chat? says invalid username and password anyone got any ideas?

ps i am able to use the forum etc

I got over the problem, but I had had to install Mozilla.
Something up with my IE perhaps

It's because your account wasn't properly activated. When you register here and receive the email, that's not the end of the activation process. That happens when you make your first post within the forums and it passes through the moderation queue (this allows us to filter out spam, adverts, bots, etc.)
Now that you've posted here and I've approved your post, your account should become fully active next time the server refreshes, could be 1 - 12 hours from now so be patient. Once it does you should be able to get into chat and you'll also have the Private Messaging function enabled.

After your first post a mod will validate you to make sure you are a real person and not a bot. I think it's a good feature.
