Iphone app crashing

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. When in a thread and you tap the screen, it will open the same thread but in safari mode (links are clickable). But when you go back to the gtplanet app mode the app crashes to springboard. Is this happening to anyone else?
 
Is there any specific post/thread where you can reliably re-create this issue?
 
Does i first go for a half second to black? Cause then you should just double tap, hold your finger on gtplanet and close it, and then restart it. It isnt a serious problem.

I seem to notice it happening most when I've been using the app for about 15min or more, browsing through all the current newest posts. It's the only reason why I'm reporting the issue. Cuz when I've gone through 6 pages of new threads then accidentally open a thread in safari mode and go back and it crashes, it means I have to go through pages of what the app thinks is new threads again. So the problem seems more of a hit and miss issue. Sorry I couldn't pin point it more for you :( I tried to make it crash and it wouldn't (of course).
 
Just confirmed that this is very random when it happens. I clicked on tonnie's post and it crashed. Reloaded the app and clicked on his post again (and again) but it's fine now.

I have got a solution to that, dont click on my post!
 
I've not been able to create a single crash by tapping on someones post, however I can consistently crash the app if I tap a thread then immediately tap back to the forum it's in.
 
App crashes sometimes for me as well, but it seems random.

Anyway, I probably haven't found it, but, how do I quote someone while replying to a thread?

Tap on blue speech bubble next to their post..im on android hope its the same for iphone.
 
Strange, now the app won't load forums at all, connection time out...
But it works fine in safari? Must be the app that's buggy...

I'm on iOS 4.1.2 (i think). This is the first time I've encountered this problem.
I've restarted the app multiple times without results. No biggie, just wanted to bring the matter to attention.

I'm not sure what would be causing that issue for you. I'm able to load the forums at the moment in the iPhone app as normal.
 
Now it's working fine again, very strange.

Anyway, to whoever wrote the app, major thanks! Was wishing for an gtplanet app looooong before it released;)

Edit;

Just wanted to inform that the app still crashes sometimes if you switch pages or scroll too fast in threads.

No biggie though :)
