Is any Nascar better than the others?

I was just wondering if all the Nascars in the game have exactly the same traits in terms of speed and handling, or if there are some that are faster and better overall than the others? Any input is appreciated.

i use the jimmie johnson car, since he is the 5 time Nascar champion so that makes his car go faster hahahaa

keep the engine oil clean and set the trasmission up and yours will be faster
as for the basics no, they are all supposed to be the same, including the body shape
the nascars literally have to fit a template in real life

The Chevs have different downforce settings than the Toyotas. Don't know about the Ford cars. Also, do an oil change before you drive it or you won't be able to get the 890+ hp. It'll be stuck at 865'ish.
