Well, first of all it tells you to go to a non Microsoft website to fix a Windows Registry error. Anything tip you off yet? There's just too many things that could go wrong doing it that way.

You've got some sort of spyware on your computer. A friend of mine had this happen to her last year, I can't remember what I did to fix the problem though.
 
PS, this is so like 2001.

It's not spyware, it's a pesky Windows service called Messenger. It was designed to send messages across networks easily. People can send messages to anyone using an exploit in the service.

Start > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services > Messenger > Click Stop to end the service > Select Disable to disable the service from running.
