Is anyone using EasyTag? I need help.

I'm tagging files, and I'm tagging 11 pictures on these Front Mission 3 .flac tracks, and I was wondering if you have to have the pictures in the same folders as the tracks for them to show up?
Also, does anyone know what version of ID3 tags work on Android media players, or PSP, since I'm getting an Archos 32 tomorrow.
