No it's not open world, it's a bit like PGR, but with only 11 layouts per country/5 countries.

I wish they shared assets. At least both would have more tracks, so win-win.

Cars probably are non-sharable, as Drive Club's are more detailed, and sharing features and knowledge shouldn't be feasible in an easy manner, as they are two separate teams using two different engines.

I just watched a new gameplay video and I have to agree about not getting it. Nice graphics but it looks like a very dull game overall.

I agree with you.

There is going to be an free PS+ version.
Or more like an extended demo ew cars and one country tracks.
I'll play that and decide from that if it's worth paying for.
