I've complained about GT5 before but is it really worth moaning about because it gives you 1000 cars to play around with does it really matter whether their standard or premium what is there else to really complain about![]()
Yes, because it either PD does nothing or they'll listen and fix it.
There is a definite difference between constructive feedback for the game, and complaining. Complaining does nothing, making suggestions for improvement does.
Well, if you define complaining like that then, I guess you're right. I see a lot of constructive criticism around the forum though. And a lot of times, people will just lable that complaining.
Though, if PD were to actually organize some way of communicating them that was reliable and accessible, I'm sure they would get even more constructive feedback.

Well, what's there to complain about? Let's see.
Out of those thousand cars (yeah, beautiful number, I know), 220 are up to date. The other 800 are just recycled, outdated stuff, restricted in quite a few ways. Oh, and they sound crappy. The A4 Touring Car my B-Spec driver is currently using to grind levels sounds like one of those little slot cars.
B-Spec mode and the incredible stupidity and inability of its driver.
The AI.
The experience system.
The lack of events in both A-Spec and B-Spec.
Lack of tuning options. Customising individual gear ratios and tyre pressure spring to mind.
Cluttered menues.
Mediocre (at best) HUD.
License tests are completely meaningless.
Events that require you to hunt for a specific used car, that appears every now and then and costs a fortune (and thereby stopping you from buying cars you like, unless you want to grind for even mroe credits).
Damage (both visual and mechanical) completely lacking in GT Life.
Features that were mentioned on the back of the box or in the manual (at least the US version's) are missing from the game.
Ahem, the way I see it, there is more than enough wrong with GT to complain about, no doubt.
I think they need to give us Credits and XP for online races and add a decent leaderboard system for tuned cars and I'll be content.
The game itself is great, love the cars and the tracks, love the feel and the online racing is a blast but we really need to be able to earn credits and xp online and we need a way to track and compare our lap times in the cars we have built.
Examples:
Complaining:
Answering the OP's question (which wasn't "what would you improve and how" but "what's there to complain about").
Constructive feedback:

QFT. If you see this as complaining (obviously avoiding that every one of these are in fact valid) then tough 🤬 is all I can tell you. There's a such thing as getting straight to the point, and this does just that.
It's criticism. Deal with it.
Don't like that majority of us "complain" don't read our posts then, go play WoW or something.
Actually you will find the majority of that post is based on opinion so not every point is valid for this reason.

Well, it usually comes down to this. People only complain about something because they love/like it so much. So yes, it's worth nitpicking about.
If you didn't like GT5 in the beginning, you'd probably let all the downfalls slide and say meh, then move along and play something else.
