Is GT6 to blame?

I was just playing GT6 this morning and i was updating the car images in my garage and after about 20 cars my tv turned black and displayed a please insert usb flash drive. I now can't do anything and I am not sure if this is a problem with PS3, GT6 or if this is a problem with a simple solution. I'm yet to turn off or restart the PS3 I wanted to reach out to see I this has happened to others and mabey there is a solution. Mainly I don't know why this happened.
 
I find it very unlikely that GT6 has anything to do with it. My guess is that you accidentally pressed a button on the remote and the TV went to a mode for displaying images from a USB drive. Does your remote have a button that says "source" or something similar? Try pressing it and then selecting whichever HDMI port your PS3 is connected to.

You were 100% right. Thanks a lot. I didn't even think to check that. My dog must have layed on the remote and I didn't see the tv change. I just never saw that message before so I worried a bit.
