Is it my HDD or the game?

So I had TDU2 before and it couldn't load up the Game Save or Data due to my HDD. I also had this problem with Saints Row 3 (Disc), but I brought it on the PSN Store and it loaded up perfectly fine. So my question is there a problem with my HDD or the game?

I'm also running the 500GB Superslim PS3
