And what does it look like? I was watching formula d on g4tv and they said there is a drift called the clutch kick, what does it look like and can it still be done in gt4(without the clutch)?

Doubt it.... Never heard of it before but at a guess i would say it has something to do with revving the car above normal RPM, clutch in, then letting it out rapidly to cause wheel spin to initiate a drift.

Sounds like a pointless question though if there is no use of clutch at all in the game.

Yes it's real and it is what luda_3g described.

To reproduce that in the game, I tap the handbrake button. Because you tap it fast and not hold it down, all it does is disconnect the gearbox, the engine revs higher, then reconnects and spins the wheels; basically exactly what a clutch kick does. It's not as clean and fast as real life, but it works damn well for me.

all that meens is a mid corner clutch dump , more of a powerslide , but quite fun when your in a car doing it :D

well hmm...lets see....if there was a useable clutch in the game....probably,but since there isnt, no

and how many pointless threads have you made so far booooy?

Ok, guys. Let's not tear him a new one.

Those of us with experience in all the GT games understand that clutch kick is impossible without an active clutch. You can halfway cheat and use the ebrake, but it's not the same effect.

But yeah, clutch kick isn't going to happen in GT4 or any current GT game for that matter.
