Is it possible to maintain login bonus consecutive days by logging in daily to PSN website?

I am away from home for a number of days and would like to not have to start over on log in bonus when I return. Is it possible to maintain login bonus on PSN webpage? Forgive me if there is a thread on this. I couldn't find it. Thanks!
 
It could still be possible to cheat it. In GT5 you could get the login bonus in one day by changing the time zone on the ps3 in starting the game. PD may have fixed it though. You should try it.
 
In GT5 I could log in then quit and retain the bonus. I can't do that in GT6...I have to run a race then hit save in order to keep the login bonus. Some on-line friends have the same problem and some don't......????

  2. Start the game
  3. Accept your login bonus
  4. Hit the Start button
  5. Select save
  6. Exit the game once the save is complete.
(No need to a enter a race)

The timezone process still works in GT6 as well.

I have done exactly that...doesn't work for me. It seems that I have to actually run a race, get credits, save and exit to retain the 200% bonus.

No - it's a function of the game, not PSN.

You only need to manually save, as detailed by @SCClockDr above. I have this notion that autosave goes to the backup file and when you load the game up it reads the main save as a priority, which leads to weird behaviour like unsaved login bonuses and even login bonus rollbacks.

You could try (after backing it up to an external device) deleting your main save so the game has to load from the backup to check - this fix was useful for a login bonus rollback bug in earlier versions.
 
I could try that also. It's not that big a deal as I normally try to run a few races or try to better my times in the seasonals each evening. i'm sure PD has a whole list of problems that require their attention...
 
I can confirm I just start the game, accept the bonus and then manually save, never had a bonus problem. Always manual save, for everything.
