i was wonderin if its possible to win the race against the f1 in a car thats not the f1 cars in extreme races i forget what u call it ..

Yes it is very possible, the Formula GT is the name of the car and series and it can be won with GT1, LMP and Group C cars.

If they leave you behind at the start don't worry, use the hardest tyres and they'll pit in a lot more than you will have to.

The first 8-9 races are pretty easy to win. I used a Minolta and won all but New York easily (came in 2nd by < 10 seconds). However, around then you will be around 1500 or so miles and the chassis will start going away and you will find your dream car becoming a nightmare in handling. The rest of the races will be white knuckle time. That does not happen with the F1 car, which never needs a chassis refresh. Hopefully you will already have close to enough points to win the championship...

i gave up after about 10 laps at Tokyo. i thought i would just be backmarking for the whole thing. i could keep up with them for the first few laps, but they can acellerate and turn alot faster than me. which was irritating lol
