When I started playing GT5 I didn't think of reading trophy guides to give myself an easy time for example acquiring the "Penniless" trophy which is awarded when one uses all his credit.

Problem is, right now I have 2.260.904 credits. I'm level 23 A-spec and Level 8 B-Spec. Should I hurry up to spend it all right now before it will become more harder?

How can I spend it all, up to the whole 2.260.904 credits?

It's easier to get to the limit of 20,000,000Cr. and buy one of the most expensive cars in the game, many people get the trophy that way.
I have all the old Le Mans Racers, I recommend the Ford Mark IV or Ferrari P3.

I suggest either holding out for 20m credits and buying one of the premium cars that cost that much or buy cheap stuff with unusual prices (14,592 cr for example) until you end up with a number of credits divisible by 250, then change the rims on premium cars and do oil changes and/or car washes to whittle down to nothing. The former seems like the better plan to me.

Yeah, getting to 20Million isn't that hard either, should take a few days if you're a casual gamer or even less than a day if you're more concentrated in the game.

Or then you could buy some premiums.

I got lucky with the trophy. Found out I had some cash I could do it. :D

It's a pretty easy trophy and the ucd usually throws car at you to get this trophy .

I guess the intended absurdity of the second part of my reply wasn't picked up on by all.

Another option would be to go on a spree buying Racing Soft tires for cars deserving of them.

Thanks for the input, heading for the 20 million mark. How to get there semi fast? Is it enoguh to win A and B-Spec races to get there?

Seasonals work well, or you can A/B-spec grind the Dream Car Championship in Extreme with an FGT or an X1 as it nets you 866k (433k from each race and another 433k for the championship win) each time.

Seasonals, seasonals, seasonals. The other races will take forever. Ferrari race at Le Mans is apparently the most efficient way, but any of them(except the really old ones) pay really well. I mostly race the Real Circuit Tours event at the Nürburgring myself, pays very well and it's a lot more fun to drive, even if the cars are a bit too fast for the track. Time and Drift trials pay a quick one-time 1 million each if you can get gold.

The new seasonal is great for grinding. Lotus Elise on the eifel track is 400,000 is just under 5 minutes. My best is 4.57.2xx with multiple offs.

Go to Seasonal Events > B spec (only B-spec event atm.) > Rome Circuit.

Takes 7 minutes, and will give you 170.000 Cr for 1st place.

They recommend a driver of at least level 20, but I managed it with a level 10 driver.

Easy cash, I've been using that seasonal event to grind at least 10 millions the last couple of days.

What is the name of that Seasonal event?

EDIT: Ohh wait, is it the "NEW" marked event? Eifel kart track?

Yes, European hot-hatchback i think, although you can just use any European car under 470pp.

Strange, I finished 1st place (Lotus Elise) and only got 300.000 credits @ 5:36 minutes. Something missing?

Anyhow, 300k for 5 minutes is a lot, thanks for the tip ^^

It would be your log in bonus, mine is at 200% yours would be at 150%? :) I'm psychic.

'Tis a lot of wasted time. With that bonus nowadays, you can easily make back a good chunk in little time. Save, copy, paste, race, copy, paste... what a pain :)

I bought the classic Ferrari race car with my 20 million and am already working my way back to 20 million again just to get another car that 20 million. I know you can only get the trophy once, but I enjoyed doing it.

Sad thing is that I haven't driven the Ferrari yet. It's just sitting in my garage gathering digital dust.

just collect 20 mil and take back up save, then go buy any car worth of 20 mil (trophy pops up :sly:)and download back up save.
That way you dont need to keep your 20 mil crap car 👍

Edit:well just noticed you got your answer earlyer

I got it at level 36 by buying lots of UCD cars and finishing it with a Dodge Challenger.

I'm liking the current credits I have: 9.191.949 credits. If only that 4 in the end could be a 1 ...

That is sad. That Ferrari is a dream to drive.

Hell that's no man, you can get your cash run out by purchasing a car which is on sale for a certain amount of price(100,000,000 or 2,000,000,000 for instance) in the dealershop, you're not too late to notice about the trophy later after further progress of your gaming.
