I honestly don't think it's harsh to expect someone to do some work. All the questions he's asking have been answered in previous threads. The info is right there.
If you want some nice high performince cars buy the car packs. If you want some nice paints to paint your high performince cars buy the paint pack ( a few times) If you want some sweet suits when driving your costom painted high performince cars buy the suit pack. And if you want some cool tracks to ride on with your costom painted high performince cars with killer suits buy the track pack......
The Touring car pack has good cars (some realy bad to).
The tracks ? What reason to buy it ? If u go online and u enter a room with Spa or route X it works right ?
Spa might be worth it couse its a real good track.

The complete pack #1 was a good bargain and the test track is a nice addition to the game, but I think the other two car packs are appealing only if you like the models in them or collect every car. I personally liked the Scirocco and the Golf from Car Pack #2, and the Black edition GT-R is awesome, but I haven't purchased Car Pack #3 yet.
It really just depends on your preferences. In my case, I've bought Car Pack 2-3, the test course pack and the first track pack. I didn't buy the Racing car pack as I don't see a need for those as I hardly ever drive RM's or race variants of any car.
