Is it worth it to update my PS5 slim to a PS5 Pro for GT7?

I have a PS5 slim that I bought about 2 years ago just for GT7, along with a PSVR2 headset and have it connected to my 4K tv and G27 wheel and absolutely love the experience. I thought to myself wow, how much better can this be. Now that sony has released a PS5 Pro with improved hardware, and GT7 updated taken advantage of it. I wonder if it's worth it to update? I'm on the fence about this. Since the only game I mainly play on the PS5 is Gran Turismo 7.

I was thinking of getting the new PS5 Pro, and then removing the DISC addon from my PS5 slim to use on the new PS5 Pro, and then sell my PS5 slim as a digital version. Would that work too, if I decide to go with that route?

Don't bother (IMHO)

If you are moving from PS4/PS4 Pro to PS5, then yes that is worth it because load times are faster and you get all the cool Sophy stuff.

PS5 to PS5 Pro (I have the Pro) is not worth it IMHO. Personally, I don't like the way the ray tracing looks so I have my game set to optimize for frame rate. My TV is not 8k either. That said, I absolutely see the graphical advantage for other games, but for GT7 specifically, I don't think it's worth spending the money.
