It is.
Next question, who else thinks this is a pointless thread?

Why on Earth would it be a federal offence? Its not like it is a red panda or a schnauser or anything.

If you are having a picnic in a park and one came up and stole a sweet and choked to death on the wrapper, would you be responsible?

No. But just watch out for those pesky pipe-wielding PETA folk.

Yes but what if there was a gluttonous squirrel sitting in the middle of the road eating and you decided heh I will try and stradle with my car but instead it ran and I ran over it.:(

Well then :

a) It got what it deserved for being gluttonous

and

b) It's friends and relatives watching the ordeal will learn not to be gluttonous in the middle of a hard, grey, strip-like surface.

Haha, the only bad things is that is the first time I have ever seen a squirrel in that area. Now squirrels will never flourish there. :(

Squirrel death = good. Squirrels are just rats with cute fluffy tails. They should all be shot. They are vermin.

Get that lad with all the guns on the case. What's his name? Ghost C?

Squirrels are t3h rOxOr! Am I the only one who wants to stand up for them? :odd: I'll fight you all.

ahahaha, that post above would have been only kind of funny without the random thumb but that tops it off

I shoot them boogers all the time, but I haven't seen any since the big fire. I saw a baby deer, and some rabbits. I shoot rabbits, also. They're not bad when you BBQ them with charcoal briquettes. The rabbits, not fluffy tailed rats. I would never shoot a baby deer, but his papa better watch out.

Reminds me of the movie A Christmas Vacation.

Clark: "Where's Eddie? He usually eats these things!"

I was actually not driving the vehicle that killed the squirrel, twas spike! I was being transported to his living quarters in his vehicle when I saw a squirrel sitting exactly 7 feet from the curb in the middle of the road. I proclaimed "Straddle it!". Spike did so succesfully lessoning the squirrel population when the squirrel ran under his wheel during the straddling. RIP random dead squirrel.

PS:Pics of the actual squirrel soon to come:D

because murder is murder, try killing a squirrel here and yer locked up for a 25 year stretch in the roughest jail in the world...but the worst is forcing them into prostitution, that carries the death penalty.

I hit a cat once. I felt horrible. But there was nothing I could do. Heavy traffic and rain. The cat somehow sprung up right between me and the car in front of me. We were going about 40 mph and there was only about 15 feet between us. How that cat sprang up right there is beyond me. But it went like this...

1. Driving along minding my own business.

2. Cat shoots up into field of view.

3. Registers in brain.

4. Cats drops out of view.

5. Buh-bump.

Never even had a chance to hit the brakes.

Now I feel sad.

But Hey good job for ridding the earth of one filthy squirrel! 👍

I was walking down comm ave (boston) the other day, and a small rat/mouse ran in front of me so naturally i stomped on the pest. I was surprised the reaction it caused int he people walking with me. Killing a rat does not make me a ruthless killer.

Me and my buddy were riding our 4wheelers one day and we were on the road and all of a sudden i see him serve, next thing i know a squirrel was flung up off his rear tire, looked sweet.

I can't believe the mouse rat thing actually was stupid enough to get stepped on.

Wow:mad: that was me that posted above. I forgot that spike always uses this computer and never logs out!

LOGOUT!!!

One night I was heading home and saw this cat in the middle of the road....well instead of moving it just sat there and arched his back, so I floored it and sped up, thinking the sound would scare him...he didn't move...so at the last second I jerked the wheel and went around him...When I was little the same thing happend except I was on a bike and ended up running over the cats tail.....

Wow if the cat didn't move because it was too slow to dodge a bike that was a pretty retarded cat.

Atleast it didn't claw me or something.

I used to like squirrels when I was 6 but now they are just cute rats...

I forget what state has a popular city that had the law against anyone putting two squirrels down your pants. I have a feeling it's in the South, someplace.

Apparently, men would get drunk, or what not, and would put two squirrels down their pants to gamble how long they could keep them in there. Well, it got so out of hand, that the city had to actually outlaw putting squirrels down your pants.

Sounds like a fun town.
