however, Microsoft Gif Animator 97 is the best program to create simple avatars like mine!
 
Hmm, ok. I asked Jordan what he used and he said Macro Fireworks, so I'm giving that a shot, but I'll try that if I have trouble with fireworks
 
OK....as you can see....I got the brilliant idea of cropping my avatar so that there's a little bit tighter zoom...so it's ahhh....viewable. :rolleyes:

You know, I thought it was the Lunar series, but I feel like the cat was white in the game.
Lunar is my final answer though.
 
And the prize goes to...Tom! (massed applause, cheering).

It is, in fact, Lunar. The first Lunar had a white dragon (Nall...he hates being called a cat, you know :lol: ). The second Lunar features Ruby, the baby red dragon. That's her and Hiro, the game's protagonist.

Great series, I bought Lunar Silver star complete, and Lunar 2 (the special PS1 games, not sega cd) a few months ago online as a package. I'm still playing LSSC and I think I'm almost done. I toss it in every once in a while. Can't wait to play Lunar 2.

I got the image directly from Disc 2 (it's one of the bromides) using PSMplay....it's a great utility that allows you to view (and save) pictures, sounds and movies from your PS1 games. You can get it at Zophar's Domain. http://www.zophar.net/
