Is the Bugatti Veyron in GT5?

I love the Gran Turismo series but i havent followed GT5 because of the wait, and because i've been side tracked with other games such as Red Dead Redemption, and F1 2010, so i have no idea what cars are in GT5 and what tracks are in the new one.
So is the Veyron in GT5? Oh and does anyone know if Midfield Raceway will be in it as well as i love that track

Master Track List and Master Car List.

But in the case of both, no tracks or cars are included in the game for sure until the game is actually out.
