Is the PENNZOIL ZEXEL GT-R '01 rare?

Sorry to make a thread about it, but I just got it from a ticket 1000.
Is it rare? Should I keep it?

I would say it is fairly rare yes. If you are not interested in racing it, I'm sure you could get a pretty good car in return for it in the marketplace.

None of the cars are rare. They all show up in the UCD at predetermined times.

Some cars are rare, some people look for a few weeks for a certain car to come up in their UCD whilst most of the same cars come up most of the time.

I have it and have seen it a few times in the UCD. It is only rare if you want it and it doesn't show up for you , The Bentley i never saw until i traded for one , since i have it now i have seen it twice in the UCD in the last few weeks (Bentley). Sods law !!

But a zero miles Pennzoil could be considered rare !! As most players would get theirs in the UCD.

Considering it has zero miles being from a ticket...ya that is a rare one. Lot of people are looking for that particular JGTC car in the marketplace.

Well, I have every car in the game except 12, and the Pennzoil Zexel GT-R is one of them, so for me, yeah they are rare!
