is there a difference between the Japanese and euro versions of the game ?

i think there is because i keep thinkin 2 myself where do u get the f090/s, f687/s, f686/m, f688/s and f094/h and also ive seen pics of a lambo racecar. but i cant get n e of these in my euro version how unfair is that!!!!!

The difference is between PAL and NTSC formats. For whatever reason, the PAL version only has 2 F1 cars, while the NTSC version has 6 I believe. If you do a search, you should be able to find to which NTSC cars the PAL versions equate.
