Is there a difference in the tracks throughout updates?

Hello! My curious brain has led me to going to an alternate profile on my PS3 and foolishly deleting the GT5 install data. While playing as if it were November 2010, I have noticed a slight change in some of the tracks, like Autumn Ring and Deep Forest. Were the tracks actually updated throughout updates, or is my brain fooling me?

Studying Trial Mountain, there are some grass textures that I know have changed..can someone provide pictures of the section between the two tunnels, please?

Oh, you mean textures? I don't know, I rarely look at my surroundings outside of photo mode and I wasn't using photo mode back then sorry.
