I don't think all the horns have been catalogued or even discovered yet. I'd be surprised to find a Dixie horn in there though. Can you imagine entering an online race where everyone has a Dixie horn equipped? Sheer horror.

I use the horn quite a lot when encountering bad drivers online. Plus, if you find someone who doesn't seem to know what's behind them (no mirrors) you could sound the horn to let them know you're there.

I've heard there's a police siren and a fire engine hidden among the horns. Not sure if I believe that though.

The '97 Civic Type-R (premium) has a very loud horn, which I like. If anyone knows what number it is, I'll look out for it.
