Is there a player/decoder for GT5's video files?

I have looked but cannot find any tool that can decode and play the .pam video files.

Is there a tool that can play and/or decode them?

The official Sony SDK tools can read them. The files are encrypted prior to that though.

It seems that ffmpeg cannot (yet?) decode them either sadly.

And when I looked at them in HxD I figured they were encrypted.
