Is there a mode in GT6 where you can choose any track to do timed laps on it, and it keeps a (personal) leaderboard? i.e. like the Practice mode in GT5.
I see you can go to the Arcade mode and do this, and it stores a top ten of your best times on that track, but it doesn't put any mileage on your car, and it doesn't include your race suited avatar. Practice mode on GT5 did both of these things.
I find this quite an omission, as I love to just hammer around tracks on my own in my different cars. Annoying it doesn't put the mileage on the car. And from a photo mode perspective you always get the stock manufacturer driver outfit and helmet, not the one you have purchased.
I've been wanting to ask this question since GT6 was released. Initially I was hoping it was going to unlock as the game progressed, but alas apparently not.
Hopefully I am being stupid and have missed something; but I sadly suspect you can't do it.
