It does that when you have offroad tires equipped. It may be a dumb question but, do you have road tires on?

Well if you have street tires equipped then the aftermarket wheel size will match that of the stock wheel size. So an 18" wheel will be 18" aftermarket. Not exactly tiny.

Try putting wheels on the Audi Pikes Peak Quattro. I'm pretty sure these aren't as big as the stock
