Is there a way to tune road cars to turn better?

Is there a way to tune road cars to handle better? I tuned R34's speed for max and weight to be the lowest and it turns pretty bad, same with 911 GT3 RS. And is there a way to tune understeering cars like Lamborghini Veneno to not understeer?

Start by tuning the suspension and LSD. For the R34 set the initial torque all the way down to 5. On the suspension make the rear roll bar more stiff then the front. Increase your ride frequency and make the rear stiffer. Set your brake balance to +4. This should knock out that understeer you are getting. Oh and put traction control to 0. This is very important as you will bend corners faster. Turn off steering assist as well.

Higher rear ride height makes the car over-steer more. Normally 10-15mm works.
