Every game has bugs/glitches, of which clipping glitches like this one are the least serious of the lot. But hey ho, don't let that stop you complaining!

I believe that was an option on certain model years to have a giant section of your truck cut out of the passenger side in case you wanted to rest the truck on a 3 foot high wall.

No, no.
That's a special edition with the wall actually ATTACHED to the truck.

Parking your truck next to a three foot wall is too much of a hastle for some people.
