Is this DLC just a first stage of more DLC?

@graytotoro I haven't got the chance to watch the video yet, but a gumpert??! Abhu or even better. A Gumpert GT or a Mosler GT car!!!

I have this feeling we're going to see more DLC soon. I couldn't help but notice a Gumpert Apollo in the Spec II opening video.

My eyes have seen no such car in the Spec II trailer. Maybe you were wishing you saw one in the trailer.

GT5 = 90% Japanese cars... GT4 had something like 23 tracks that GT5 doesn't have... we need them. And that's not just different layouts either.

I think they will be coming down the pipeline before you know. Stop complaining and enjoy the game, or wait until all of the DLCs come thru and play..............

Trial Mountain looked better in GT4, it had animated light streaks coming through the trees. GT5 has imported the track and it froze, leaving a dull shell, but good enough to have some great races.

Why can't the same be done with all the other tracks, it isn't hard to do.

Yup. All those late nights have caused me to misread the brief glimpse of the GT by Citroen. :ouch:

If Kazunori Yamauchi is reading this, I wouldn't say no to this in a DLC pack. :D

I actually agree with you. Like you i expected many of the new race cars and so. I like that they have putted SPA into the game but thats all i like about the DLC. But yes i belive that this is only the first of many DLC's for GT.

Otherwise i cant see why they have putted the "Download DLC" button in the menu ;)

This is just the start, I belive most of the classic gt tracks like Seattle and apricot hill ect will be coming soon (hopfully re done for ps3 and not just a port like trial mountain is). I also belive pd will be making more cars avalible, what I realy hope is they give us a wheel shop like the one in gt3!

Ya seriously enough with the Japanese cars. Get some old muscle in there.

I'm hoping for more tracks, hopefully in early to mid December. I would love to see Mount Panorama and Road America added, but I'm not holding my breath for either. With Spa there were hints beforehand.

Jawehawk
There's already 2 threads covering this subject. Check the Friggin threads before making new ones! It's not that hard.

You just enjoy trolling don't u.

Stating a fact, not complaining buddy.

I'm certain that Kaz wouldn't rip us off like that (Sony, maybe, but not Kaz) and will release some new cars later on (hoping for some F1/fantasy F1 cars ). We can only hope though- PD is a small team with a somewhat ruined rep sheet (thanks to all the reviewers who where "dissatisfied").

Have you played GT5? PD (the company is more than just "Kaz") wouldn't necessarily rip you off, but they will give you more skylines, suits and helmets, more stuff we don't need. Whether that is a ripoff is up to the end consumer. It's not that those things are bad, but they become terrible once you think of what could have been done. Just poor implementation and product direction. Not complaining, just observing. It's pretty for sure, but nothing when compared to it's expectations.

This is true... instead of more helmets, suits and such... hell, cars, CARS. And NOT just Japanese cars...

I write this in another thread

"First Gran Turismo game came out December 23 1997, and I was thinking maybe next DLC will come around December and include the GT original tracks to celebrate anniversary. Three months is good way to next DLC.

Just a thought I had "
