Right then it was an exciting night for me. Ended prematurely by a phone call and PSN being shoddy again! :(

Anyway. The race at Fuji was great fun, here's how it panned out

Grid (reverse based of previous race). Everyone started on RS tyres
1st: i-was-ere -> Corvette Z06 RM
2nd: GTP_Michelin -> Mitsubishi FTO STC
3rd: GTP_Kolin32k -> Chevrolet Camaro RM
4th: Freshseth83 -> Lexus ISF RM
5th: Franko1002 -> Lexus ISF RM
6th: Knukken -> Chevrolet Camaro RM
7th: Pluxtheduck -> ARTA Garaiya '08

So it was good start from everyone into the tight hairpin. I decided to hang it out wide and stay safe, which paid off as Knuk got a bit lose out of the corner and we were side by side out of the corner. Out of turn 3, I was just ahead but went very wide on the exit putting us side by side again into the second hairpin. A late break from me was enough to retake the position (Knuk not making it too difficult this early in the race) but ahead Kolin dropped it into Franko. Franko wasn't slowed down too much but Kolin lost a lot of time. Out in front of the Lexii, Michelin and i-was-ere were starting to pull a gap as using the slipstream I passed Franko and was looking to pass Seth during this lap and chase down the front two. The race continued with some great overtakes (and a couple of slight errors from me) as the top 5/6 closed up before the Lexii dropped over due to tyre wear and they both pitted on lap 8. Seth took a gamble and put on Softs again trying to get ahead and then pit again. Two laps later and disaster for i-was-ere as he loses the rear out of the final corner. This allowed me through to the lead as i-was-ere pitted and knuk took second. I pitted the following lap (11) and knuk closed the gap down by waiting another lap (12). The race continued with knuk, Seth and Franko dropping out on lap 17. I then had a clear run to the line as Michelin had lost some time on the hard tyres.

Finishing order:
1st: Pluxtheduck - ARTA Garaiya '08
2nd: GTP_Michelin - Mitsubishi FTO STC
3rd: i-was-ere - Chevrolet Corvette Z06 RM
4th: GTP_Kolin32K - Chevrolet Camaro RM
5th: Knukken - Chevrolet Camaro RM (DNF)
6th: Franko1002 - Lexus ISF RM (DNF)
7th: Freshseth83 - Lexus ISF RM (DNF)

Yes, going to send baz the car today, might get some testing in it,

Also, Has Cagelee got his issue fixed?

Yes he has, it wasn't a game problem just he got scammed in a trade... I thought it was something more serious...

Also we are starting the week after the WEC starts so we don't clash and then will run every other week! Currently on Saturday's at 17:00GMT

You can't bump it back? I doubt I will make several races, To tight on turn around between work and getting home,

I'd suggest the RX-7 for stability reasons and also Analog will want the RX-7 and it would be harsh to ditch him after suggesting a team together...

Agreed, The NSX is extremely quick, but for whatever reason loses its balance, I'm not suggesting it can't be used correctly by the right driver,

I thought you were going to remove it Plux?

I will talk to Dan and see if he could push it an hour back (therefore ending at 19:30) as he can't really go past 19:00 GMT...

And the NSX isn't being removed, it was removed but then re-entered at the start of testing

Analog doesn't seem to be on lately so I will team with Franko if he can join. The NSX and RX7 are easy for me. No problem with the stability of the Honda. I tested both cars at Fuji after the race and was immediately faster than the best lap of the race. That was without draft by myself. The NSX was .1xx faster the RX7 was .3xx faster. They are definitely quick cars.

Right then, next week is the final test. I really need as many of you that can be there to be there who aren't in teams so we can get you guys in teams and I really really need at least 2 from those in the 4 confirmed teams to be there! In your team colours and numbers. This means that we are already to go and any last issues can be resolved before the season start two weeks later (due to WEC starting on the 13th)

So copy this list and add your name to confirm that you will be there:

1: Pluxtheduck
2:
3:
4:
5:
6:
etc...

I'll believe I'll be there.. but I have to leave mid test because I have another league to race..

If you are coming I'll need you to be prompt at 18 GMT... The test will last 1 and half hours

I currently have no internet at home (Im picking up an unsecured network for my laptop but my PS3 isn't good enough to pick it up) so I won't be doing any racing until it is sorted. Hoping to get an engineer here on friday but i doubt they will do it.

Put Analog as third driver

Soooo I saw that I got ditched; Can I just run Solo? If so I am going back to my original Orange on Midnight Purple.

I have been dealing with court and getting all my tools moved from over 120 miles away for the last 4 days. I went to court on Friday and hired my lawyer from Team Analog so he is taking care of the rest of the legal battle for me.

I have been on but when you have been inviting me I have had the kid and he has been sick, He is better now though so I am more likely to be on GT5 again.

No one ditched you. I don't even know if I'm running the RX7. I might try the FTO or NSX if they're not taken.

Right, this is getting slightly out of hand so I'm going to have to step in a bit and deal with everyone singularly:

Analog: You've done nothing wrong, I know you've been a busy guy which is why I've just been sending a PM to let you know what's happening and all that. I've also been fighting your corner

BAZZER: Message read and understood, hope to have you in for the test. If not, the series start - good luck with the tech!

Freshseth: I'm getting a little fed up of you changing your mind on car every five minutes. I'm thinking that maybe you should go in the RX7 with Assassin and then Franko should go in the FTO with Michelin. I think that will work well.
