Fine, I SURRENDER, I NOW SUPPORT THE DEATHTRAP TRACK AT ITS CURRENT STATE, I LOVE DANGER! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW SR? HERE IS YOUR COOKIE. I just love the stonewalls and no fencing around the track, I can't believe that I had such a RADICAL thought yesterday and the day before about making the track safe, that's just wrong, in fact, it's taboo. *gasp*, the track is TOO SAFE AT ITS CURRENT STATE. Lets allow the fans to stand on the track while bikes are going by, put grease spots on the track, tire puncture spikes on the track, put spikes on the walls and sides of the track, but that may be TOO SAFE AS WELL.

I respectfully agree with your post:cheers:
Good, good embrace the Motorsports side embrace the hatred for Tilke.

While slightly off topic, you seem so concerned for spectator safety and seem to be singling out this event when as far as I'm concerned Rally has a far higher potential for spectator injury than the Isle of Man. I've seen spectators line the roads so close that they could touch the cars as they go past. At least you've got a fighting chance against a narrow bike.

I'm willing to bet if you went and asked the spectators at the Isle of Man, not one of them would want debris fences erected. They ruin the entire experience. If you're gonna stand behind a debris fence all day, you might as well go home and watch it on tv as far as I'm concerned.

I'm still amazed in the day of OH&S that in a lot of events a person is allowed to stand on the track to wave the chequered flag. They still do it at a lot of events and it seems like such an unnecessary risk.

Physics and logistics.

I still think this thread should go into the GP/SBK/Road Racing thread, unless that becomes a GP/SBK and this becomes a road racing thread.

Yay NW200.
Are you glad I now agree with you Sr?
