The RX7 is fairly easy to tune. With 686hp weighing 1039kg minimum, it traps 151-153 mph. Here's the way to go with the RX7 suspension:

Ride Height: Max/Max
Spring Rate: Min/Max (or Min/2.25 from max)
Dampers: 1,1 (both comp and ext)
Anti-Roll: 1,1
Camber: 0.0/0.0
Toe: 0.00/0.00

The perfect setup, and also useful for other FR/MR cars!

For transmission, try flips between 3.500-3.600 (preferably 3.500 or 3.550, but you can experiment.)

Anytime, my friend. The drag physics in Gran Turismo 6 are also a little different than from Gran Turismo 5. If you need help with anything else, go ahead and message me. :)

Lol I just had to.
