Let me be the first to congratulate you and your wife.

Congratulations!

Cute baby.

Thank you both...she is so perfect... I can just stare at her for hours...everything she does is cute to me! Yawns and sneezes are really cute! I can't wait to take her outside and play this summer!

Look at all that hair!

Nice work and ohhhh how your life is going to change now. Good luck.

She's a cutie! Congrats, 006r! It's hard to believe that my oldest is going to be 4 in a few weeks.

It's been stated by myself and others here, so I'll throw it out again. Even though this is a GT-centric forum, feel free to PM me with any questions you may have along the way. :)

Just don't ask for help with the diapers. :D

What a peanut. My first one had a good head of hair like that, too. This is a good time of year to be born - spring is right around the corner and you can get her outside. Babies really thrive outside if it's nice weather and clean air.

I hope all is well with each of you. Although I don't mean to pry, I hope her mother is breast feeding and plans to for a while - it offers incredible health advantages for both baby and mother.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Congrats to you and your Wife  I have 2 of each and life is always 100mph! they are always the cutest as babies though ;) .. Cherish and Enjoy! 👍

+1 to what everyone else said! She's a cutie. 👍

Congratulations man, I bet your the proudest man alive right now.

Yuck! A girl! (Two boys) :D

Congrats, dude!

As comedian Chris Rock said, "As the father of a newborn girl, your only job for the rest of your life is to keep her off the pole!

"They don't grade fathers, but if your daughter's a stripper, you ****** up!"

Thank you all for your kind words! The feeling of being a father is one of immense responsibility yet great joy. I just want to make sure I enjoy every age, and be sure I am around to spend time with her. I don't think I have ever heard, "I wish I wouldn't have spent that much time with my kids".

It will be so fun this summer, taking her outside to play, swimming...etc. My goal is to help her to love the outdoors and not be a couch potato. Also in the plans when she is a bit older, is to buy her a little dirt bike. (Of course that will benefit me as well :) )

So far she is an excellent baby... I suppose that means our next one will be a handful!

Actually she only wakes up 2 times a night, can't complain! Plus she has already slept a whole night, just once, but hey!

That will be probably be a year from now, though. Enjoy every moment; a year ago, Bailey was in my arms, and now she walks and runs everywhere. The tough part was getting myself in shape; the moving around and having fun with her wears me out some days (especially when she's not in a good mood).

Fun for her was when she discovered the mirror; she looks at it for 30 minutes straight.

Take tons of photos. Don't worry about a video camera until she's about 9 months; babies don't do much of anything until then, anyhow.

The best part about having a daughter, is that you can't smother her with too much attention, and worry about her being a wuss.
