Would you like to get out a dictionary and look? I have been to Myrtle Beach many times, and my Pap Pap always points out the different birds to me. Maybe I should call and ask him! :lol:
 
Kiwi birds...so when people eat Kiwi they are eating a bird and also shoe polish? Excellent.

There is the Kiwi, the bird such as in Joshs picture above.

Then there is Kiwifruit, also known as Chinese Gooseberries, my guess is that you americans shorten it to kiwi?
