I don't unfortunately as I sold my PS3 to get a PS4 : / But, extending the gear ratios/top speed may be necessary. Some other tips would be to raise the front ride height/lower the rear ride height (if possible?) or both if she tends to oversteer on exit.
If she's a bit hard to control, maybe increase the rear downforce slightly (again if possible, I don't recall what is maxxed out). You may need to further raise the top speed after doing this as the downforce tends to take a little off the top of max speed.
You can also attempt to take the turns just slightly wider (especially the last turn) to avoid wheelspin and keep your speed up, also make sure she is pointed straight/nearly straight before you floor it for those chicanes. But since I tuned this at Fuji, you may be able to take these settings to Monza as is. GL!
