Jamming/hanging with WC tracks online

This happens to me without fail, every time Im in a friends lobby and they or I select a WC (weather change) track the loading bar will just stop at 2/5 and then I magically "go to track" and I am unable to select anything except type stuff,leaving me stuck there.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Try clearing the cache..?

Happens to me sometimes. Even with the cache cleared etc it still happens. just came to the conclusion that it's random.
