Without making comment either way on the strength of said updates, I do tend to find the first update of the year a little less interesting because we tend to know at least one thing in it from a GTWS reveal (or VR2 reveal, in the case of 2023).

GT updates are more fun to me when they are complete surprises come silhouette time.

Hyundai Elantra N TCR
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra
Yangwang U9

Going for an all Asian theme 😁

BTW, what's with all the 2002 Turbo predictions?

Beware, eccentric prediction incoming :

  • Hyundai Elantra N TCR
  • Xiaomi SU7 Ultra
  • Porsche Cayenne (PO536) or Audi RS* Avant (they are everywhere around the track at Yas Marina).
SOOO much want. I want it in real life but economic factors prevent it.

I'm predicting the 02 tii from the datamine.

Mainly due to the two CSL and E30 "base" model added to the E30 SE. I'm surprised both 02 models haven't been added to GT7 earlier, considering how PD been adding model line ups.

I personally don’t think that because we see some cars track side it will come in game. For example the dodge ram seen around the Trial Mountain. The track as been in game since the start (so has the pickup trucks race). If I was pd I would have added the Ram at the start since they modelled it yet they didn’t maybe for licensing reasons…
I hope my reasoning is clear enough

We just don't know any of PD's reasoning. There are SUVs and an Audi R8 spyder at Grand Valley. Yet, we have the Lamborghini Urus among a host of high selling family SUVs.

Just a thought
They usually add race to go with the new cars. That being said, we get the Elantra TCR (Gr4) so it likely we get a new wtc 700. I wouldn’t be surprised if it either at CGV or Yas Marina. If it is the latter I think it is possible that it is on a shorter layout that they could had during the update. Although something tells me that CGV is more likely, it just too early I feel for them to had a new layout.
What do you guys think?

Oh wait, this kind of post goes in wishlist... @Famine scares me :scared::scared:
One car isn't a wishlist, it goes to the suggestion subforum. :scared:

A new WTC 700 sounds like a high probability prediction. CGV is probably a better track for Gr.4 than Yas Marina, but the Nürburgring could be a good second pick for this combo considering what this car achieved there.

I'm fine either circuit. Wasn't and am not happy with the new GR.4 Alsace event. We had that in GT Sport Mission. At least it was more laps. All these circuits to do something different and they rehash.

Been waiting for an N24 for GR.4.
