I honestly think we're getting another N vehicle to go alongside the Elantra N TCR with my guess being either the i30 N or the Veloster N.

My other guess for the other vehicles in the January update would be the Mazda RX3 and the BMW M4 (road car) '23
The rally and the N model of the i20 seems pretty nice. i30 too itll be fun to drive for rally :)

Since we have to consider only a realistic update. And leave wishes beside. My predictions are

Hyundai Elantra TCR (almost guaranteed)
Xiaomi SU7 (likely)
Yangwang U9 and Honda Prelude (very unlikely for now)
Other Cars (just dreaming)

Tracks:
I'd love it, but we got 2 on the last update. Sorry, but I can't see it

As for the events, probably a new Gr4 is expected. And, while I can't say for sure, something for the F3500B is possible I believe. Why? We'll recieve one for the Viewers campaign of the finals. And might count as a "new" car. Usually there's an event for every new addition in the game.

theme […] for an update.
This is something I really don’t see happening for the GT series: themed updates. They always look for variety. The cars in a GT7 update are all unrelated to each other on purpose.

Sure, sometimes things like two or even three cars from the same brand can happen, for example. But these cases aren’t enough for it to be considered a themed update in my opinion, because there’s always that one extra unrelated car after all.

In fact, there are only two cases I can see something along the lines of a themed update happening: a new GT500 trio from recent years and a Lotus comeback. But on the other hand, I’m not seeing both of these cases happening for a GT7 update, but instead for a new game.

What I'm saying is what I said. We've had things similar with all FF hatchbacks when we got the Mazda3 Spirit Racing Mazda3, FL5 Civic Type R and RCR Civic update.
It could have easily been the turbocharged Japanese built hot hatchback update.

Just having fun with the notion of a theme of all four door sedans. Remember when I went (and still) on and on about the Citroen DS1 being the only FF four door sedans? Remember when I went(and still) on and on about how many actual four door sedan road cars we had early in in the game?
We started to get more four door sedans added to the game. PD are still adding more sedans from brands that haven't given up on the once popular body configuration.

I'm not setting anything in stone. Again, having fun in expressing my thoughts. Nothing serious.

Edit: Adding one more thing. I guess when Famine makes a post about probable cars from regions that looks more likely to be in an update. Let's say, the criteria from this update is a race car, a hyper car and a road car. Regardless of region.

The Hyundai ELANTRA TC is the race car. A possibility of the Xiaomi XU7 is the super car/hyper car and let's just say the AMG 500E is the road car. A classic one at that. All cars together click a certain criteria we've seen in past updates.

I'm thinking the Xiaomi SU7 will appear in February's Update since it'll be the Chinese New Year during that time and what great opportunity to introduce it than to put it in that months update.
